We ship in Germany, Austria and Switzerland with DHL.
Shipping within Germany costs €4.90, to Austria €6.90 and to Switzerland CHF13.90.
Shipping is free for orders over €49.90 (DE & AT) or CHF100 (CH).
We ship our products to Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Once your order has been shipped, we'll send you an email with tracking information. Depending on your shipping provider, it may take a few hours for the tracking information to display updated information.
We currently do not offer express shipping.
Returns & Exchanges
You can return the item at your own expense within 14 days of delivery. Please send us an email in advance to hello@gillie-shop.com with the reason for your return. We will then process your request as quickly as possible and provide you with a return label.

Once we have received and carefully inspected your return, we will refund the payment amount. The return shipping costs will be deducted. This usually occurs within a few business days, but no later than 14 days (depending on the payment service provider). Please note that the processing time for inspecting your return is already included in this timeframe. The refund will be made to the original payment method used.
We understand that opinions can change. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return any item at your own expense. Please email us beforehand so we can send you a return label. The return shipping costs will be credited to you afterward.

Our mulberry fiber is particularly high-quality and gentle on hair and skin: It reduces frizz, breakage, and wrinkles by creating minimal friction and retaining moisture. Ideal for sensitive skin and healthy, shiny hair.
The silk pillowcases can be washed on a gentle cycle at a maximum of 30°C using a mild detergent. Please do not tumble dry; it's best to let them air dry flat.
You should avoid direct sunlight to keep the colors beautiful.
If you want to iron it, only do so on a low setting and with a cloth between the ironing pieces, or alternatively, lightly steam it.
We recommend washing the scrunchies only when necessary, as silk is very delicate. If cleaning is necessary, we recommend hand washing with a special detergent for silk and delicates (without fabric softener). Let them air dry – never tumble dry.
Our braces are designed to give you long-lasting pleasure. To ensure they retain their shape and function, please keep them as dry as possible. Ideally, protect them from moisture and store them in a dry place—this will keep your braces as strong as they were on the first day.
We offer our hair scrunchies in three sizes – so you can find the perfect fit for your hair structure:
Small for fine or thin hair
