We ship our products to Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Within Germany and Austria you will usually receive your package within 3-5 working days .

For deliveries to Switzerland, shipping can take up to 5-8 working days .

Shipping within Germany costs €4.90, to Austria €6.90 and to Switzerland CHF13.90.

Shipping is free for orders over €49.90 (DE & AT) or CHF100 (CH).

In order for us to process your return, the products must arrive unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags and inserts. Please ensure that there are no visible signs of wear, damage, or tear; otherwise, we unfortunately cannot accept the return.

You can return your item to us at your own expense within 14 days of delivery .

Please send us an email in advance to hello@gillie-shop.com with the reason for your return – we will then take care of your request as quickly as possible.

Important: Please include the completed return form in your package so that we can correctly assign your return.

Please note that we do not accept duty-unpaid returns from non-EU countries and will automatically return them to you.

Once we have received and carefully inspected your return, we will refund the amount paid. This usually occurs within a few business days, but no later than 14 days (depending on the bank). Please note that the processing time for inspecting your return is already included in this timeframe. The refund will be made to the original payment method used.
